We are “the blind, helping the blind” by advocating, educating, and empowering each other, with all of the experiences and skills, that we have a cumulated amongst ourselves in our pursuit of a better, Quality of life, and a more rewarding self-independent lifestyle.

We are a local service group of blind and low vision individuals who are working together to create a resource center of information for individuals and families with blind / low vision family needs, who want to live a more accessible and productive life.

We are a very diverse group, from various ethnic, education and economic backgrounds. We live and serve our community’s in both Kansas and Missouri, of the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.

Note; We are still a work in process and continuing to build our website. So please forgive us that you may find some sections of our website, not active. 

But in our resource center section, you will find a variety of information, website links, Facebook – Blind group links and YouTube channels with videos for the blind, with product reviews, DIYs, tips, how to’s, and advice with new videos added every week.
