Affidavit of evection form

 Hello, All!

I was asked to share this information and form letter, with everyone that may be in need of this information about stopping evictions during this COVID-19 crisis.

Please read the attached email with information on how to use and implement the attached document, and please pass this on and share with anyone in desperate need of this information and facing eviction.

     —————————-

The attached form is very important. This is a declaration form that our consumers can present to their landlords to halt evictions until after 12/31/2020.

It is important to note that this is a FEDERAL form. Misuse of this form is very bad, and could lead to criminal/civil actions, fines, penalties, damages or imprisonment!

This form essentially says that if you are unable to pay rent tied to COVID, your eviction can be halted until the start of next year.

It continues on to say that eviction would result in utilizing congregate housing that would further the spread of COVID-19.

The tenant MUST continue to pay their rent, whether in part or in full, and if they do not, they recognize that eviction is possible.

Make sure that anyone using this form thoroughly reads and understands its contents before signing.

Very respectfully,

Travis Rash, MPA
